At Jespara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The 14-day return window begins from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be in the same condition as when received

The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.
All returned items are carefully inspected before a refund is issued.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
A flat return shipping fee of ₹60 will be deducted from the refund amount.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized items

Sale or discounted items
These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when reporting the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method

A ₹60 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
