Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for eligible pin codes across India. You can select this option at checkout. Please note that COD orders may take slightly longer to process.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

How do I find my ring size?

You can measure your ring size at home by wrapping a thin strip of paper around your finger, marking where it overlaps, and measuring the length in mm. Compare this to our size chart available on each ring product page.

What bracelet lengths do you offer?

Most of our bracelets are available in standard lengths (typically 17–19 cm) with an adjustable extension chain of 2–3 cm for a comfortable fit. Specific measurements are listed on each product page.
