2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or finish may occur due to photography and screen settings.

JESPARA offers optional gift wrapping (₹100 add-on) at checkout. This is a paid service and is non-refundable once the order has been packed.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options powered by our payment partners. All transactions are secured and processed by authorized payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. JESPARA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. 6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your JESPARA purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and process. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to product images, brand name, logo, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of JESPARA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
