Refund Policy

At JESPARA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after a returned item passes our quality inspection. To be eligible, items must be:

• Returned within 10 days of delivery
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items from the Bundles Collection
• Items from the Steal Deal Collection
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved:

• Refund processed within 7 business days
• Amount credited to your original payment method
• A flat return shipping fee of ₹60 is deducted from the refund amount
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved within 48 hours of order placement (and before the order is packed or dispatched), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or full refund will be arranged if applicable, with no deductions.

How to Initiate a Refund

• Email: Contact support@jespara.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
• Account: Log in → Orders → Select order → Click Request Return.

Policy Abuse

JESPARA reserves the right to decline refunds from customers showing excessive return patterns or misuse of this policy.
