Return & Cancellation Policy

At JESPARA, we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery (window begins from the date the order is marked as delivered). To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued — items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible.

A flat return shipping fee of ₹60 will be deducted from the refund amount. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

To request an exchange, email us at support@jespara.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Items from the Bundles Collection
• Items from the Steal Deal Collection
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged if applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation, email support@jespara.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns policy above.

Custom-made, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.

How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

• Email: Contact support@jespara.com with your order number and clear photos if applicable.
• Account: Log in → Orders → Select order → Click Request Return.

Policy Abuse

JESPARA reserves the right to decline returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations from customers showing excessive return patterns or misuse of this policy.
