Shipping and Delivery:

We ship all over India - COD Available

  • How long will my order take for delivery? 
    • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 2-3 Days*
    • Tier 2 Cities: 3-4 Days*

    • Rest of India: 4-6 Days*
    • Express Delivery: 48-72 Hours*
    • No guarantee of delivery if conditions aren't favourable
  • How do I Track my order?
    • As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email ID when placing the order to get all updates related to your order.
  • At what time of the day will my order be delivered?
    • Once your package is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

      Most Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep you phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

  • What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
    • Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. 

      Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additonal shipping cost of ₹125 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to&fro' shipping charges of ₹250.

  • Which Logistics/Courier service do you ship through?
    • We have tied up with various reputed logistics providers like Delhivery Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shiprocket etc. for shipping within India.
  • We are not delivering Internationally right now.

  Payments & Charges:

We offer all payment options as listed here: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and COD. In case you need any help with any of the payment options, please do contact us on WhatsApp.

  • What are your online modes of payment?
    • You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.
  • Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?
    • We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of 125.
  • What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?
    • Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

      Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at info@jespara.com with your transaction details along with your name and email ID that was used while attempting to place the order. We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).

  • Are there any other hidden charges?
    • There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

Returns and Exchanges:

Did not like the jewellery you shopped from us? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

We value your money and we will not like you to spend your money in buying a product which you will never use. We offer a very simple and easy return policy to you. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product's value will be shared for your future purchases.

 Products & Packaging:

  • Will I get the exact same product as shown on the website?
    • Yes, we have a policy of "Get what you see". All our products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio to give you the best and right product images. Also, all the details of the product are mentioned in the Description Section of every product page.
  • What is the gurantee/warranty on your products?
    • These are high quality jewels, the shine and the colour will not fade in regular use.

      As this is fashion jewellery, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.

  • Do you have a physical shop?
    • We are an online store only and sell only through our website https://jespara.com. We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.
  • How is your Packaging?
    • We take the utmost care in packaging and delivering the product to you.
